Swa-Rai Mommy: Monsters University Hits Theaters June 21
Alright guys, Monsters University will hit theaters June 21! So if you loved Monsters, Inc. hold on to your hats for the sequel. This time the Monsters have grown up and are now off to college. The original movie was released 12 years ago and the boychild wasn’t even born yet, so we will definitely watch the first movie just in time to see Monsters University. Earlier today, I got a chance to go and see Oblivion starring Tom Cruise. Oblivion based in the year 2077, told the story of Earth as we currently know it today fast forwarded 70 years in the future. While remnants of the old Earth remained, Earth had won the war but was mostly destroyed as a result. Friday morning, I got a chance to see the movie 42 and boy was I blown away! 42 (Jackie Robinson’s #) told the story of Jackie Robinson and his meteoric rise to the top. I always knew that Jackie Robinson was the first African-American to play in the Major Leagues but it was quite interesting seeing his story from his point of view. Disney: Oz The Great and Powerful Movie Review
Last night, I attended the special advance screening of OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL here in Chicago! When I found out this movie was the prequel to the Wizard of Oz, I immediately knew I had to see it! A new trailer for Director Brad Anderson’s (The Machinist) upcoming thriller The Call has been released online. The film stars Halle Berry (Jordan Turner) as a 911 operator who, after taking a life-changing call from a teenager (Abigail Breslin) that’s been kidnapped, realizes that she must confront a killer from her past in order to save the girl’s life.
