Although heart disease awareness is my mission, breast cancer awareness holds a very special place in my heart. You see my favorite aunt Jean fought and survived having breast cancer. I love her so much and the thought of losing her to such a horrible disease was inconceivable. 10 years later she is still here and that’s why supporting breast cancer awareness month means so much to me. And I know she’s not the only one, thousands of woman have survived this ugly disease but there are thousands who didn’t.
