I’ve already discussed the problems I’ve been experiencing trying to lose weight. Now, I’m back to show you the products I’m using to help me get back on track by holding me accountable. Over the last month, I’ve been using my Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale and One Tracker to track my weight and activity levels.
Both of these products have been a god send! Every time, I step on the scale the results are automatically uploaded to my Fitbit account. It tracks all the changes in my weight including my body fat percentage all in one place. I use my scale along with the Fitbit One Tracker to get a better snapshot of what it is, I’m doing right and what I’m doing wrong. My Fitbit One Tracker monitors the amount of steps, floors I climb and how many hours I sleep on a daily basis; it really is an amazing gadget. I used both my Aria Scale and One Tracker in connection with the MyFitness Pal app to track my meals and I’ve already lost 4lbs. since I started but I know I can do even better than that.
I won’t put my starting weight up right now because quite frankly, it’s a bit embarrassing but I will post my weekly progress every Wednesday starting next week. I figure this is the best way to hold me accountable and if you see me slipping, please feel free to put me back in my place. In the meantime if you are in need of an extra boost or something to aid you in getting your weight loss efforts in high gear, I suggest you check out Fitbit’s product offerings.
