I love my weave, Lord knows I do but with this hot weather sometimes I need to switch things up. I get hot easily so I don’t always like having hair down in my face. This series will be about summer hairstyles that I’m currently trying or want to try! The first style I tried believe it or not was the hair bun. I’ve never had my hair in a bun, so this was a fun style to try. I got a lot of compliments on it and it was fairly simple to maintain. What I also like about my bun was the fact it gave me a chance to wear smaller earrings. You see, when I wear my hair long, I feel the need to always wear big earrings. This hairstyle allowed my girly side to shine through and I can’t get enough of it! You will be seeing a lot more of the bun on Swa-Rai!
It was fairly easy to maintain, I wrapped it up with my hair wrap (seen here) at night and sprayed it with oil sheen in the morning and I was on my way!

What about baldhead ppl? LOL No for real, I have a short cut and I live in HOTTEXAS so what do you suggest for short hair ppl with all the humidity? On another note. I absolutely love your Bun Bun!
