I don’t wear a lot of makeup because I prefer a mostly natural makeup, however I’m not against the full makeup look especially if it’s done right. Recently, I was sent Korres new Quercetin & Oak Antiageing Eye Primer for review.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was the consistency. The Korres formula is much thicker and chalkier than most concealers I’ve used in the past.
Per Korres this concealer provides a 360-degree smooth canvas around the delicate eye area, ensuring crease-proof, long-lasting eye shadow and concealer wear. Enriched with quercetin and oak extracts, it minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles to provide softer skin while visibly improving skin texture. The apricot undertone instantly corrects darkness and imperfections on the eyelid and undereye area.
What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Dyes
- Petrochemicals
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan
I find using your fingers to apply was much easier to use than the applicator brush. While the primer does avoid some creasing, it doesn’t totally eliminate it. I like the formula and found that it worked very well with matte eyeshadows, but can make shimmery shadows a little dull. So if you are looking for color that pops then this one may not be for you! If you are in the market for a “natural” primer, you will like this one.
I give it a 4 out of 5 stars!
