I’ll never forget the first fashion show I attended and my excitement when I saw my blog’s name on it’s own chair at the Dangerous Curves Ahead Fashion Show…

And the winner is…

It seems like yesterday when I started Swa-Rai.com, it was a new and exciting venture in my life…

Dangerous Curves Ahead Fashion Show was the first show I attended when I started my blog!  I’ll never forget my excitement when I saw Swa-Rai on the front row seat, it was all so surreal!!  I was so proud of  Tamika Martell and the job she had done, she not only executed a fabulous fashion show and women’s expo but she gave back to charity!!  I’ve been to a lot of fashion shows but this one was truly one of my favorites and I expect nothing less of this years Dangerous Curves Ahead Fashion Show and Women’s Expo!!

  • I myself use to be seriously into fashion…..I actually had the opportunity to sew and design clothing for my teachers and counselor as a high school student to make extra money. My mother didn’t have a babysitter, so I use to go to class with her as she was learning to sew and design clothes. I went so often and watched her, that I was able to pick up the understanding on how to do this sewing thing, as young as an elementary student. Unfortunately, my mother and I don’t sew anymore, but both still have a desire for fashion. As I was reading about the benefits and charity work that Dangerous Curves Ahead has done for the less fortunate, I immediately wanted to be a part of this event. As I was too late to try to be a model, and due to my economical situation was unable to be a vendor (returning Independent AVON Representative), so my next step is to try to get tickets to witness and be a part of this wonderful event. Thanks for allowing me to share… =o)

  • Not only is this event postive in so many ways, but being a Curvy girl my entire adult life & have never experienced nor have seen a Charity event in this nature, I proudly say “Even If I may not win I still give a standing ovation to the people who put the event together”. I personally know not only is the industry hard, but the lifesytle.

  • The message that Dangerous Curves sends out is passionate as well as powerful. In giving back, you are successful even if you help one person at a time. I love what you do with your charity event. This will be my first time attending and I am so looking forward to it.

  • This would be a great bonding event for my mom and I to go to. We both love love fashion and securing those tickets will not only be a boost to our mother daughter outings but also her overcomimg Cervical Cancer!

  • I have been hearing many positive comments about this Fashion show & I would LOVE to be able to attend. I’m truly happy to see that it is a show that is dedicated to bringing confidence & style to ALL sizes! Since I can’t be IN the show I would love to win the tickets to be able to experience what everyone else is raving about!

  • This is a fabulous event! I’ve already secured my tickets. But I know someone who is a sweetheart. This would be the perfect gift for her to give her that Spring fashion reboost! 🙂
