Alright people, if you are anything like me than summer is your favorite time of the year!

Summer is just around the corner, so I decided I needed to lose 20lbs to be summer ready!  With that being said I have been looking for ways to get the weight off. Recently, Campbell’s sent over coupons for me to try their Select Harvest Light soups that are 80 calories or less per serving (I thought I love soup why not). So now that I have been incorporating soup in my daily diet, my favorite is the Chicken Tortilla soup!  Select Harvest Light soup come in 11 varieties, 100% Natural, and contain no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

I’ve been including soup in my diet for the last 2 weeks and I’m down 6lbs(I’m not a Dr. and results may vary), so now I’m challenging my readers to do the same ( and to let me know how it goes)!!! For information on Campbell’s go here.

  8. I think cooking with soups is a great way to add soup to my diet! I love making chicken in the crockpot, with a couple of cans of vegetable soup. Then when it’s almost done, I just add a little bit of corn starch to thicken it up and we have a super tender, saucy dinner!

    Hey Rai–because I’m trying to get it ready too–I love soups anyway so I would incorporate it daily in the diet for lunch and dinner along w/fruit and water–minimum 64 ozs. in addition to my 5 day workouts.

    I love soup anyway. Just don’t eat it as much as I would like to. I would definitely eat it at least 3-4 times a week, especially if there are health benefits.

    I recently started having soup for dinner at least once a week. I usually am so tired after my shopping/errands day that I don’t want to slave in the kitchen after all that so I make it soup night. Plus I love soup! :-) I have noticed that the next day I usually have lost a pound too.

    I would love to lose weight but so far I have been so unmotivated. The campbell soup challenge seems like a reasonable and easy way to get started. Since I work twelve hours days and am always squeezing in an unhealthy lunch and skipping dinner. Campbell’s soup would be a great meal replacement for both lunch and dinner. Thanks for the tip.

  46. Girl, I need to shed about 35 lbs off of my frame before the end of summer so I need all of the help I can get. Soup is a great alternative to help me reach my goal and I’ve had these soups before and they are actually good. I feel like I can reach my goal w/ eating flavorful food I can enjoy.
