Movie Review: Black Swan (no spoilers)

I’ve been so busy lately, I’ve hardly had any time to go to the movies; so when a friend of mine asked me to go, it was a perfect time for me to get to see Black Swan.

I’ve been so busy lately, I’ve hardly had any time to go to the movies; so when a friend of mine asked me to go, it was a perfect time for me to see Black Swan. Although, I hadn’t seen so much as a trailer, all the buzz I had been hearing about the movie had me intrigued!

Here’s a small synopsis from IMDb “A ballet dancer wins the lead in “Swan Lake” and is perfect for the role of the delicate White Swan, but slowly loses her mind as she becomes more and more like the evil twin sister of the White Swan, the Black Swan.”

When I tell you this movie took me through every emotion possible, I’m not lying.. (see the trailor below)

This movie was so intriguing to me that it made me mad, I would go from thinking I completely knew what was going on to not knowing what the hell was going on. When I tell you Natalie Portman is deserving of every award she gets, it’s the truth, she played the role so good I forgot it was Natalie Portman!

I won’t give away the movie but I will say this no matter what you do in life never, ever lose who you are as a person…

Did anyone else see it, what were your thoughts…
