A few weeks ago I had the opportunity of attending Billy Elliot The Musical at the Oriental Theater with my friend Rae, we had a great time.
Billy Elliot is the story of a young boy from England whose love of dance conflicted with his families struggle during the 1984 British National Union Miners’ Strike. The story was filled with ups and and downs as young Billy struggled with his passion for ballet.
Billy Elliot was a very encouraging tale of triumph in difficult times.
Billy Elliot was an awesome musical and the winner of ten Tony Awards including Best Musical, which includes music by Elton John.
This is definitely a must see musical that will not disappoint!
