I had the opportunity to attend the H & M Launch Party for their Fashion Against AIDS (FAA) collection and I scored a few pieces. I attended the party with fellow bloggers Kim and Nikia, while there I sampled on different cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.  This event allowed us to purchase items from the collection one day early and also receive 25% off our entire purchase. FAA collection excluded. The collection which has an African theme to it, had some very nice pieces in the collection, refer to my previous blogpost for more pictures. 

I also had the opportunity to attend a BOSS Network event, at the Crimson Lounge.  The Boss Network, which stands for Bringing Out Successful Sisters was very classy. This event was the launch of the Boss Influencers, which introduced us to several successful women in different fields.  You can find out more about the Boss Network and it’s founder Cameka Smith on their website! I’m a member and you should be too!

I also had the opportunity to attend a Pretty City VIPretty Party at Lincoln Park Massage Spa and Boutique located in Lincoln Park on Webster.  When I arrived I was very warmly received by staff of the Spa and Pretty City.  I got a chance to sample some cupcakes and Italian Soda.  During the party I received a goody bag, and a $50.00 gift certificate for a future visit.  I also received a mini chair massage as well , and believe me I wanted it to last longer.  I will definitely be going back to use my certificate and to tell you more about Lincoln Park Massage soon!  In the meantime if you would like more info on Lincoln Park Massage you can visit their website or Pretty City and their VIPretty parties you can visit their website.
